POHA House is your home, and you are more than welcome to have someone spend the night, but please keep it reasonable.

A shared room at POHA House starts at €889 and all rooms have their own bathroom and kitchen. For this price, you get more than just a cosy room. The rent includes all utilities such as electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and water.

-The minimum contract term is 6 months with a notice period of 1 month

-When you reserve a room, you must secure your place with a reservation fee of €275, which will be deducted from the first month’s rent.

-Once the contract is signed, the deposit must be paid. We offer two practical options: You can either pay a deposit of 2 months’ rent upfront, which will be fully refunded to you when you move out, or you can opt for a more flexible solution by paying a small monthly fee with deposit insurance through our partner rentcard. If you choose the second option, there will be no refund when you move out.

When you rent a room at POHA House Münster, you pay for more than just four walls and a roof. All utilities such as electricity, heating, WiFi and water are included in the rent. The rent also includes our mobile phone app, customer support and a friendly community manager to answer your questions on site. Additional benefits include brand discounts and various community events and workshops that offer a perfect mix of fun and networking opportunities.

At POHA House, all rooms are furnished and equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure comfortable living. The inventory ranges from cutlery and cookware to a desk lamp that makes long hours of studying or working easier.

The private studios typically range from 22 to 53 square meters, including the private kitchen and bathroom.

Bikes are strictly prohibited inside the living units for safety and space reasons. Don’t worry, there are convenient bike storage solutions around each POHA House. At POHA House Münster, you’ll be living conveniently close to a Rad Station where you can park your bike for however long you need.
