We want you to stay longer. Our minimum rental period is 6 months and can be as long as you want. If you want to move out, you only need to notify us 1 month in advance.

There are two fees you’ll need to keep in mind when booking your studio. When booking your space you’ll need to secure your spot with a reservation fee which is 25% of your first month’s rent and will be deducted from the first month’s rental payment. Once the contract is signed, it’s time to pay your deposit which is equal to two month’s rent.

In Münster we offer the possibility to rent a studio for 6 months, which is optimal for digital nomads or Erasmus students. This offers the flexibility and convenience you need to fully settle into the dynamic environment of Münster without making a long-term commitment.
