POHA Studio and Big Studio can be rented either for one or for two people. There is an increase of 200 € to the monthly rent to cover the perks for two people!

Yes, we offer fully furnished private studios in all of our POHA Houses. All studios are equipped with a full range of amenities that allow for comfortable living. The inventory ranges from cutlery, cookware to a desk lamp that makes long hours of studying or working easier.

At POHA House Münster you get more than just a cosy studio. The rent includes all utilities such as electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and water. We also offer you a practical mobile app, customer support and a friendly community manager on site who will be happy to help you with any questions. As a special highlight, you can expect various community events and workshops that provide lots of fun and networking opportunities.

Despite our central location in the heart of Münster, where you can easily walk or bike, we understand that you may have a car and need a parking space. Don’t worry, we have a solution! Your car will find a safe place in the underground parking of our neighbor, the Prizehotel, for a reduced price of 120 € per month.

At POHA House Münster, the large community terrace with plenty of seating and a glass house is always available for undisturbed work or meet-ups with friends.

We want you to stay longer. The minimum rental period at POHA House Münster is 6 months. Please make sure to give us a 1-month notice if you want to terminate the contract, and keep in mind that contracts can only be ended on the last day of the month.

Bikes are strictly prohibited inside the living units for safety and space reasons. However, there are convenient bike storage solutions around each POHA House. At POHA House Münster, you’ll be living conveniently close to a Rad Station where you can park your bike for however long you need.
