Ahead of a one-year project in Münster, we chose POHA House out of practicality – it was well located, all bills were included and residents and administration spoke English (we are still learning German). We were bracing ourselves for something like a one-year hotel stay, but POHA House is much more than that. The unit is well planned and functional, and the common areas make our living space much bigger than our unit. With the events, we met great new friends – the staff included. Münster was very welcoming to us in all aspects, but at POHA House we felt at home on the second day.
POHA has transformed my Aachen experience. It has created an international hub where I can both work effectively and feel at home. The exceptional facilities here exceed all my expectations for a workplace, offering a comfortable environment with cabin booths and meeting rooms readily available. I relish the opportunity to connect with professionals from diverse backgrounds, enriching my work life with valuable insights and perspectives.
Returning to Aachen, I was in search of a place that is both modern and flexible, situated in a great location – and POHA House surpassed my expectations. I really like this place to live. It’s very cosy, well-equipped and the rooms are really nice. The location is great because you have everything near you. So far, the events and workshops that have taken place have been great. There is a wide variety, and POHA provides great activities for when you want to escape routine.
As more and more people aspire to live in the city, I believe innovative communal living concepts are essential. Living in POHA House is simple and comfortable, while the community management fosters the social aspect of living together. The international and diverse residents are what, for me, adds a significant charm to POHA. I can easily envision myself living here in the long term.
Living here is really nice! It’s like a huge shared apartment, with the advantage that you don’t just have one room, but a whole house as a retreat. The events that take place regularly are super varied and make sure that you get to know each other well. I can recommend it to people who are new in Münster and want to find a connection!
The perfect mix of shared apartment and living alone. More cool people are moving in here right now that you can get to know so quickly, and there are awesome events all the time. The prices only seem high if you don’t know what’s in there. Terrace, movie room, yoga room, now and then breakfast, pizza, ice cream or beer… and a super dear team 😉
