At POHA, we’ve got you covered, no matter what your housing needs may be! Need a place to crash for a quick trip to the city? Our short-term stays got you. Perfect for travellers or guests of residents. Looking for something a little more permanent? Our long-term option makes it easy to settle in a new city. And let’s not forget about work. With our co-working spaces, you can mix business with pleasure. But that’s not all, our vibrant community and innovative events make POHA more than just a housing solution, it’s a lifestyle.

Both Aachen Theaterplatz and Büchel are connected to each other by a 15 min walking distance. They are located in a highly convenient area near Aachen’s old city that is reachable by public transportation. Around the area you can find plenty of supermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants and cafés.

Once you’ve decided on your preferred room, you’ll need to pay the reservation fee. It guarantees that you can’t lose the space and that you reserve it for yourself. The reservation fee is equal to 25% of one month’s rent and it is later deducted from your first rent payment.

Ready to make POHA your new home? Awesome! Just be prepared to drop a little cash upfront. Renting a studio with us requires a security deposit amounting to two months rent, but hey, it’s worth it for the sweet digs you’ll be calling home. And for those in need of a private office? Don’t worry, we won’t break the bank – just one-month’s rent security deposit and you’ll be all set.

Contact us using the Gaia Hub in the POHA App if you have a question, problem, or need assistance fixing something in your space. We frequently hang around on-site as well, and we enjoy chatting with you about anything.

We regularly host events outside of POHA House and in our community spaces. Think of a balanced schedule that includes fitness or wellness activities, after-work cocktails, master courses for creative endeavours, and a spontaneous outdoor BBQ session. We would be pleased to co-host an event with you if you come to us with a concept.

If you’re living or working at POHA House Aachen, your bike is also welcome to call POHA home. We’re a huge fan of bikes but only have a few parking spots for them onsite, so make sure to book yours as fast as possible in the POHA App.
