Go to our Space Portal and pick the studio of your dreams. When you have made your choice, go ahead and reserve the space, and once you pay the reservation fee equal to €275, the space is all yours. Don’t worry the reservation fee will be deducted from the first month’s rent.

The minimum rental period in all POHA Houses is 12 months. You can stay as much as you want. Please make sure to give us a 3-month notice if you want to terminate the contract, and keep in mind that contracts can only be ended on the last day of the month. There are two fees you’ll need to keep in mind when booking your studio. When booking your space you’ll need to secure your spot with a reservation fee equal to €275 that will be deducted from the first month’s rental payment. Once the contract is signed, it’s time to pay your deposit. We offer two convenient options for securing your rental: you can either pay a deposit equivalent to 2 months’ rent upfront, which will be fully refunded to you upon moving out, or opt for a more flexible approach by paying a small monthly fee with deposit insurance through our partner rentcard. If you choose the second option, there’s no refund when you move out.

Before moving to POHA House you have to pass the verification process by rentcard. You also have to respect the house rules once you move in. The private studios typically range from 22 to 53 square meters. The size varies depending on whether it’s a POHA Studio or a Big Studio.

Yes, the rent covers all utilities like electricity, heating, wifi and water. The rent also includes 600m² of shared indoor and outdoor space, our mobile app, customer support and a lovely community manager who will answer your questions on site. Additional benefits included in the rental include various community events and workshops that are a perfect mix of fun and networking opportunities.
