Your first chat with a team member is all about aligning expectations. We’ll share more about POHA House, and you can ask questions to see if it’s the right fit for both of us!
2. Chat with HR and the direct manager
Meet your direct manager and our HR manager to discuss role-specific expertise and experiences. Our HR rep will get to know your background, goals, and passion for coliving, while your potential manager discusses the specifics of the role and what success looks like in the position.
